When you use the quote form, we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the area the job is in, details about the job, and any photos you add.

If you call or email us, we keep the details you give us there too.

To reply to you, arrange a site visit and give you a quote. We don’t use your details for anything else, and we don’t sell or share them, unless the law requires it.

The quote form sends your details to a Google account set up just for this website: an email to us, a row in a Google Sheet, and your photos in a Google Drive folder. Google may store this information on servers outside New Zealand.

Only Matthew, the people who help run the business, and our website developer (for technical support) can see it.

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to quote and do the job, and for our business records after that.

This website doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies, and it doesn’t use Google Analytics. Fonts, images and videos all load from this website.

The quote form has hidden checks to stop spam. They don’t collect anything about you.

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Call us on 021 0270 7750 or email northlandconcreteltd@hotmail.com.

If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your information, you can contact the Privacy Commissioner.
